ADV "KIHd System" for Therapists   - Therapists that work with individuals with developmental disabilities spend a good deal of time observing and collecting data about these individuals.  Keeping track of the data and being able to monitor it for each subject over time is a daunting administrative task.  The ADV “KIHd System” is a web-based application that allows therapists to use the power of the internet to collect and manage information from sessions spent with their subjects.  It is designed to be used by Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, ABA Therapists, Behavioral Therapists, and Floor Time Therapists.  This version is designed to allow individual therapists to maintain secure Subject-specific statistics on multiple individuals and provide ongoing reporting to families in order to show progressive efforts and improvements to treatment.

Therapists have the ability to introduce this tool to parents of children with Developmental Disabilities and encourage their active participation in their individual child’s educational needs.  We view the Therapists as one of the most critical pieces of the puzzle in helping children with Developmental Disabilities reach their highest potential.  They have to not only work with the child’s needs but they also have to counsel the families.

This tool will help Therapists connect with the families they work with and empower them to take an active role in their child’s development by seeing first hand the metrics of baseline, treatment, and mastery criteria on a session by session basis.

The ADV "KIHd System" for Therapists is licensed on a per user license basis.  Each license consists of up to 10 Subjects that can have their individual curriculum managed, as well as each child’s Targets, Secondary Behaviors, Reinforcers, and Notes.  In addition to the Data Collector and Subjects, Therapists get 10 Read-Only Users who can each access the data of a Subject that they are connected to in order to monitor progress and activities.
